In 2009, Dusty joined Baceline, first as an acquisitions intern, then as a leasing manager & acquisitions associate, and finally as Director of Leasing. From 2013 until rejoining Baceline in 2020, Dusty oversaw the retail leasing, operations, and management for a publicly-traded student housing REIT. Dusty has also sponsored and led the evaluation and adoption of a new retail operating system and built a Retail Asset Management team from scratch.
Dusty enjoys the opportunity to help small businesses thrive and bring vibrancy to the neighborhoods in which they operate. He oversees all real estate activities on behalf of Baceline, including but not limited to: setting acquisition and disposition strategy based on specific portfolio objectives, monitoring and responding to global real estate trends for potential impacts to the Baceline portfolio, and effectively communicating the Baceline story to the broader market of brokers, owners, and sellers of neighborhood shopping centers. Dusty chose Baceline because it represented an opportunity to join a best-in-class organization and work alongside a talented and passionate team of individuals focused on strengthening communities through real estate investing.
Dusty enjoys spending quality time with his family and exploring the multitude of outdoor activities Colorado has to offer – hiking, golfing, skiing, and patio-ing, to name a few. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Science and earned an MBA from The University of Denver.

During his collective ten years of experience at Baceline, Brian has served in roles crossing over multiple departments and divisions. These experiences at Baceline allowed Brian to gain a valuable and unique perspective of the organization’s internal operations, which has proven instrumental in guiding Baceline’s continued growth.
Brian has also been integral in cultivating its strategic banking relationships and was primarily responsible for securing Baceline’s $300 million credit facility. Under Brian’s stewardship, Baceline has grown its portfolio to over 75 properties and amounting to over $400 million in AUM. Brian has also been integral in implementing the Entrepreneurial Operation System (EOS) throughout the entire Baceline Group.
As President, Brian is responsible for setting Baceline’s overall strategic objectives, working closely with the Senior Management Team to facilitate the seamless coordination between the company’s various departments, including: Real Estate; Capital Development; Accounting & Finance; People Development; Property Management; Asset Management; Leasing; and Tenant Services. Brian’s collaborative management approach is well-suited to ensure that Baceline operates as an efficient, forward-thinking organization. Brian represents the Senior Management Team on the Board of Directors.
Brian graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accounting. Before joining Baceline, Brian gained three years of valuable experience in the audit department of KMPG.
Brian enjoys spending his time outside of the office with his family of five and taking part in Colorado outdoors, mountain biking, golfing, or finding the next adventure.

Ari is responsible for overseeing the Firm’s acquisitions activities. He has overseen the acquisition of over $300 million in real estate assets in over a dozen Heartland markets and responsible for cultivating new relationships with brokers, owners, developers and lenders.
Ari is a graduate of Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business.

Lindsey joined Baceline in 2009 as the Director of Investor Relations. While in this position, Lindsey played a fundamental role in modernizing Baceline’s investor relations department with the implementation of crucial software advancements, the development of comprehensive investor statements and distribution reports, and most recently, the introduction of its dynamic investor portal. Lindsey was also integral to successfully completing key organizational initiatives for the company, working across departments to help streamline Baceline’s internal processes and procedures.
In 2018, Lindsey transitioned to the SVP of People Development and was tasked with shepherding the growth of Baceline’s expanding workforce and enhancing corporate culture. While in this role, Lindsey applied her Baceline institutional knowledge toward creating a proprietary people development program focused on six key functional areas: corporate culture, recruiting and hiring, human resources; standardized performance reviews; professional development; and leadership training.
Today, Lindsey serves as Baceline’s Executive Vice President of Operations and oversees several departments for the firm, including: Investor Relations, People Development, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing & Public Relations, and Property & Tenant Services. Lindsey is also responsible for establishing and administering all internal policies and procedures for Baceline and ensuring operational efficiency among its various platforms.
Lindsey graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Technical Journalism with an emphasis in TV News and Video Communication. In her spare time, Lindsey enjoys spending quality time at the lake with friends and family.

Jon serves as Baceline’s chief legal advisor. He is responsible for negotiating purchase and sale contracts, loan documents and leases; overseeing due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions; preparing organizational documents, and supervising outside counsel on dispute resolutions and securities matters.
Jon is a graduate from Northwestern University School of Law.

Evan Vandehey is the head of strategic financial and accounting operations for Baceline Property Management Services. He oversees the financial performance of Baceline Group’s portfolio of assets. With a heavy focus on process disruption to create efficiencies, Evan ensures his department is scalable to support Baceline’s growth goals. Evan has a diverse background in client-serving and industry roles and in-depth knowledge of how different companies work. His experience with leaders from top Fortune 500 companies to boutiques has helped shape his leadership style.
Evan has over 15 years of experience, including five years in Audit with KPMG. Before joining Baceline, he spent six years consulting with EY, focusing primarily on strategic process improvement, transactions, system implementation, and complex technical accounting issues for clients in various industries. Evan also holds a BS in Accounting and MBA from Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT, is a CPA in IL and CO, and is a member of the AICPA.

Ryan joined Baceline in 2015 as a Leasing Portfolio Manager, contributing valuable expertise in contract negotiations, tenant financial analysis, market evaluation, and due diligence for new acquisitions. In his current role as Senior Vice President of Leasing, Ryan spearheads the development and implementation of leasing strategy across Baceline’s diverse portfolio of assets. His leadership extends to guiding and empowering a growing team of leasing professionals, all integral to driving optimal property revenue.
Throughout his tenure, Ryan has introduced transformative processes and procedures that have elevated Baceline’s Leasing team, positioning it as a vital asset management tool for the company. Additionally, Ryan and the Leasing team play a pivotal role in the underwriting process for new acquisitions, sourcing potential assets, and managing the disposition of mature investments. He also continues to champion the adoption of technological advancements aimed at increasing operational efficiencies and streamlining the lease transaction process.
Cultivating strong relationships with brokers and national retailers nationwide falls under Ryan’s scope, as well as monitoring the evolving retail landscape for emerging trends. His distinctive blend of critical thinking, analytical prowess, and effective leadership has been instrumental in Baceline’s sustained growth and success.
Prior to joining Baceline, Ryan was a licensed real estate broker in Colorado and spent time in commercial real estate appraisal. He graduated from St. Louis University’s Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business and obtained his MBA in Finance from Rockhurst University’s Helzberg School of Management.

Courtney joined Baceline Group in 2018 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Property Management. She is responsible for providing strategic direction and managerial oversight to several of Baceline’s property operations departments, including Property Management, Construction Management and Lease Administration. She is also charged with monitoring industry trends in each of these areas and identifying opportunities to increase operational efficiencies across the entire portfolio of assets.
During her time at Baceline, Courtney has transformed the firm’s approach to property operations and created an organizational structure that is designed for sustained, scalable growth. She is a subject matter expert in portfolio operations and provides valuable leadership and guidance to one of Baceline’s essential verticals of the business.
Prior to joining Baceline Group, Courtney spent more than 15 years gaining specialized real estate industry experience with RE/MAX, LLC and JLL. Courtney graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a focused minor in Economics. She is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado and holds both the IREM Certified Property Manager (CPM) and BOMA Real Property Administrator (RPA) designations.

Jon joined Baceline Group in 2024 and serves as Vice President, Head of Capital Markets. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the firm’s capital raising initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships.
With a career in financial services spanning over 15 years, Jon has extensive experience consulting and raising capital from a wide spectrum of investment platforms, including Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), Independent Broker-Dealers, Wirehouses, and Family Offices. His expertise also encompasses both public and private investment offerings across nearly all asset classes.
Jon holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Colorado and is currently pursuing the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Level II designation. A Colorado native, Jon enjoys spending time with his family, expanding his culinary pursuits, and is an avid golfer.
