Baceline grows core income portfolio

Baceline has successfully added three properties to its Core Income Portfolio in the third quarter. The portfolio consists of 73 neighborhood shopping centers diversified over 25 MSAs.

Hanson Commons

Hanson Commons, a 36,496 SF necessity-based shopping located in Andover, MN, exhibits strong visibility and is well positioned within a growing, high income neighborhood. The property boasts a mix of medical tenants and restaurants.

Trask Towers

Trask Towers, located in Mentor, OH (greater Cleveland area), is a 16,232 SF multi-tenant neighborhood shopping center. Recent population growth in the area surrounding the property is spurring new development and has propelled Trask Towers to 100% occupancy, while also attracting a strong mox of necessity and convenience oriented tenants.

Foxmoor Crossing

Foxmoor Crossing, is located in Fox River Grove, IL (greater Chicago area) and consists of two multi-tenant buildings totaling 22,408 SF. The property includes a diverse group of traditional retail tenants such as Panera, T-Mobile, a VCA Animal Hospital, and UPS, as well as service oriented tenants that have proven valuable to the local community, including a child care facility and a dentist office.
