With the acquisition of Baceline’s second portfolio of 2022, we are proud to announce that we have surpassed the 100 Neighborhood Shopping Center mark for our Core Income Fund! Rose Plaza (Plainfield, IL), Market Square (Green Bay, WI) and Shops at Sunset (Waukesha, WI) all closed on May 17th and represent properties 100, 101 and 102 to the portfolio. Market Square also represents Baceline’s first property in the Green Bay MSA.
