Baceline Tenants:
Here at Baceline, we are dedicated to investing in our communities and committed to helping our tenants thrive. As a part of this commitment, we want to offer our heartfelt support in light of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and ensure that you are aware of the current resources being made available to businesses such as yours.
As our country takes steps to assure the swift containment of the Coronavirus, we recognize its potential to have a tremendous impact on small businesses everywhere. Some of our tenants have already experienced challenges resulting from the Coronavirus and have expressed concerns in developing their plans to deal with these new and unfamiliar challenges facing their businesses. We understand these are obstacles you’ve never confronted before and that your teams, customers, and staff will require reassurance and support. Additionally, we realize that you may need to consider creative ways to stay in contact with your customers, suppliers, and vendors.
Recognizing these new demands being placed upon your small business, we’ve gathered our Baceline team to offer our assistance and support. We’ve assembled a list of financial resources currently being made available to small businesses, as well as useful tools and creative ideas you may consider implementing to stabilize your business and provide continuity of service to your customers during this turbulent period.

Marketing Resources & Strategies
Get Creative with Deliveries
We are incredibly fortunate to live in a world with unlimited possibilities. Take some time to get creative, brainstorm ways to reach your customers even if they’re not out and about like they typically are.
Do you own a coffee shop or restaurant? How can you ramp up your delivery services? Consider DoorDash, GrubHub, or UberEats.
Own a salon? Have product delivered to customers to make up for the lost revenue of in-person services.
Whatever your service or product, think about how you can reach your customers in a non-traditional way.
Consider eCommerce
Launching an online shop for your store may seem daunting, but with the technology, software, and resources available, it is more readily available than ever.
Consider looking into Shopify, or another online commerce platform with “ready to launch” features, and take some time to launch an online version of your store. Customers will still need products, they will simply need a new, temporary way of getting access to them!

Social Media
Put your social media strategies into overdrive. Stay in touch with your customers! Go bold and use Instagram or Facebook for live-streaming opportunities.
Customers are also in need of valuable content that does not have to do with the Coronavirus. Fill their need for a break from stressful media, and share tips and helpful ideas for this time. For example, a children’s boutique could share fun ideas for entertaining children at home and creative games to play with the family. This is a great opportunity for your customers to view you as more than a retailer or service provider, but as a valuable member of the community with great, useful information!
We hope you find these resources will be helpful to you and your business as you develop plans to navigate these difficult times. We will continue to update these resources as new information becomes available through emails in addition to being accessible on our website at www.bacelineinvestments.com.
As a continuation of our commitment to our tenants and properties, each property has been assigned a designated support team member to assist you with your concerns. Please expect a call from them in the next couple of days.
Most importantly, our thoughts are with those already dealing with the virus. We hope you and your loved ones stay safe and healthy.
